We at Bovington Primary School are so privileged compared to so many people in our war torn world. To reflect on this we took part in the Save the Children Den Building Day where we got to make dens and have fun with our friends whilst remembering that so many children do this every day just to survive.
The Fiver Challenge has began! The Challenge was launched: we selected our groups, our products and started on our logos and posters. The big day in the 28 June. Get ready Bovington for the lastest entrepeneurs!

As a school we are creating a whole school mosaic window with artist, Helen Biles as part of Purbeck Arts Week.
Some of us were lucky enough to go to Clouds Hill to "meet" Lawrence of Arabia and explore the grounds of his home.
As part of our Super Structures topic we had to create bridges that it could hold over 100g of weight!
A few of us were chosen to take part in Go-Cart club. We bought all the equipment, carefully built it, painted it and then roared around enjoying our handy work!

While at the tank Museum we had "Fun with tracks" where we had to build a track that would get us around the obstacle course.
Drama helped us empathise with the soldiers in WW1.
After being inspired by a visit to the Tank Museum, we created our own tanks out of clay.

We made POO while learning about the digestive system!
During a Science investigation we had to solve a crime of who stole the laptop. To do this we had to recreate the crime scene by experimenting with light.
Watching The Invisible Man stimulated much discussion and made us think about everything we go through every time there is a change in our lives.
Reciting Native American poems helped us understand their plight.

Every year we are thank for how fortunate we are by holding a Harvest Cafe celebrating our art work.
